Have you often felt that all that experience you have gained within the humanitarian sector could benefit others and provide you with financial return? Training development is not just about conveying information, it is also about the way in which the information is delivered and the package required for the right audience.
As part of the HDLC growth strategy, we are inviting humanitarian champions to co-author training to be delivered worldwide to an audience of millions.
To be considered as a HDLC associate developer you must be able to contribute original learning content (text only) within the following sectoral themes;
- Project Management
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Gender Mainstreaming
- Humanitarian Leadership
- Grant Management
HDLC associate developers design learning content in the form of Units of Competency (Units). Each unit comprises anything between 15 and 25 slides and is developed within supplied HDLC templates. The use of templates requires associate developers to articulate the learning objectives in a concise framework with supplementary references.
So take up the challenge, get in touch with us and let's see if we can work together to expand the benefits of your experience to others. Email us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
